As a HHMI Interdisciplinary Undergraduate Fellow, I got to write an animation describing the principles of image analysis, within the context of some of my research with the O’Shea Lab. The short animation was done as a part of the BioVisions Project, led by Prof. Rob Lue. Many thanks goes to Dr. Jacqueline Brooks and Matthew Bohan for their help during the production! Other student animations can be viewed here. If you’re having trouble viewing the animation, zoom in or visit here.
